We took the "plunge" in June and bought a Catalina Swim Spa, one area is the hot tub and the rest is for warm water therapy. I keep the temp as low as is comfortable for this time of year because heat and my fee are not a good combination. I know this isn't an option for everyone, but we bought it and got in installed for under 19,000.00 or as I explained to my husband alot less than we paid for our last new car. I love it, I have foam dumbells and waist belt and can incorporate all I learned in warm pool theray. It has been a godsend for my husband and his rhuematoid, he can now raise his arms over his head again. The spa is the one place I don't feel pain, maybe mild burning in my feet and I am keeping in shape.
