I forgot to say before that since stopping the Actonel, I haven't vomited once!

Shelley I forgot about the Vit D!

I was taking 1000iu prior to the Actonel, then I completely forgot to restart it when I tossed the Actonel out.

My neuro checked my VitD levels last year, and they were rather low, so thank you for reminding me. I'll get some more tomorrow and restart them.
