I will try some movies, I have been given plenty to watch, I think its mostly that it is so cold here and I don't go outside much. With the coiling last July I didn't sleep for 30 hours afterwards then slept alot, but this clipping, I have not slept as much as I wanted or felt I should

Do you have an i pod or MP3 player? They are great little inventions. I listen to music or books at night on an ipod to fall asleep and it works great. That way the light is off and my eyes don't get over tired. If you have an MP3 player you can download books from the library, you mentioned you read alot so thought this would help. Hang in there Nancy, this is a slow, tricky recovery and it takes time,
