It is another form of active B12.
Most of us here use iherb. They are about 1/2 the price of local stores, fast shipping and reasonable shipping costs.
They have a good selection of hard to find items at very low prices. For example, the inositol my husband uses is $12 and locally the same thing is $67.00! Quite a difference!
