I (and my docs) blame mine on the MS. I had the hot flash like stuff before I started C. I call it my broken thermostat. Being in my mid 30s, I totally understand my MIL's frustration with her menopause. So weird to be able to relate to the ups and downs of the internal temp and energy.

I generally wear light clothes around the house and have a zippered sweatshirt on constant standby for when I get chilled. Have a blanket on standby on the couch as well. Ceiling fans have also been my friend.
