might help us with ideas if we know more of the injury and how it came about.

Sometimes i get trigger points due to tight neck muscles and I will get sore area on my scalp. {referred pain}

I also had vertigo type dizziness, cognitive problems, swallowing, speech/voice problems - mostly due to muscle spasms pulling on cervical spine around the vertebral artery.
