I love my Epsom salts so much I buy them in the Lavendar. I think it is called Dr. Teal's. Just the aroma therapy itselfs helps me.
I also found thins great item to help me sleep...In my Biofreeze, I had a package of "Calm". Lemon flavor. I thought it was a tea bag. When I cooked the water and went to add it, the package were white powdery that efferessed. I tried it and dang, I slept for 5 hours straight relaxed.
I searched it out on the I-net and found that it is Magnisium sufate with Lemon flavor. That the one tsp is added to 6 oz of water, you can have up to 3 tsp a day, but watch for the irratable bowel that will follow 
I never suspected it. But if I did not have the sample called Calm first I never would have thought to even try it.
I am sold. I have a huge bottle about 32 oz, that shipped was half filled
It kind of acts like alka seltzer for a moment, then is soothing lemony hot drink,
I don't use it every night, but if I fail to fall asleep in an hour I will make a cup.
