You mean to tell me that they worked on your spinal pain without even an x-ray or new MRI?????? That was a little irresponsible of your docs. I would ask for a new set of scans of your thorasic area. This way you aren't being labeled as a drug seeker just someone who wants answers.
As for what could happen with an untreated compression fracture, I can honestly say I don't know. But it doesn't sound very good.
