Boy, that sounds good to me! But we haven't eaten that in years since we don't eat cheeses, so that is not quite so yummy without cheese or soy!
LOL

What about salmon on the grill (a treat in winter) with roasted garlic potatoes or a rice dish and lots of veggies and salad. This would be a beautiful presentation and a treat for the winter weather. Then everyone would have room for a rich desert too!

There are always oodles of cookies around for xmas, but I usually make a pudding pie (or a rich cheesecake if I could eat that!)
And double chocolate rich rich brownies. Make them more festive by adding some creme de menthe on the top layer (swirled in) before baking. Mmmmmm
