Hot Roast Beef sandwiches is the traditional Christmas Eve dinner at my husband's house.

Christmas Day, typically a ham. Sometimes a crown roast or prime rib roast.

When I've done Christmas at home, I've done Filet Mignon, asparagus, salad, rolls

Dessert is almost always cookies.

I used to make an eclair cake, that you can form into a circle (wreath) shape, but I've never tried the eclair part gf. If that works, the filling is a french vanilla pudding/cool whip mix, with chocolated drizzled over the top. Has anyone tried making eclairs gf?
