I you have to do it... then you do it.

But because of osteoporosis risk, attention to the nutrients is
important.

I would do some nutrients, carefully..not high doses for most.
The calcium and Vit D would need the most attention.

Over time, the zinc would be important.
For the rest a multi may be enough.

You need to eat foods high in potassium. V8 juice, cantaloupe, bananas etc.
