The ups and downs are very confusing.

Over New Year's holiday I had the worst foot issues I have had in years. Then 2 weeks later I caught a very long nasty virus.
I expected my feet to be unbearable...but what happened?
They were painless. Part of this was due to the dextromethorphan I had to take for the endless terrible coughing, but you know, only part of the pain has returned since I stopped taking the cough suppressant. I am still confused.

Food can trigger me, especially MSG. (also sugar and pototoes seem difficult)

And the weather is a big trigger too. We had 3 days of "warm" weather, and my major knee issue flared up big time. My feet were only so so. Not bad. Now we have snow again! <shrugs>
