hallucinations and nightmares are side effects known to happen with zanaflex. I had to stop taking it because I was seeing things during the daytime when taking it.

Might have something to do with the zanaflex?

I found the best of the muscle relaxers for me is baclofen. I take more at night to help with sleep. Still, I only get 3-4 hours a day... kind of got used to it after all these years.
