HI,
I have a couple of questions. 1. Is this a WC accident? 2. Have you been talking to your MCO about your bills. Your MCO is the one that will pay your bills. If your insurance co. finds out that your injuries are WC related, They will make you responsible for All current and past bills.
You can check all your records and what has and is being done with your claim online {edit}.

I have also found out that if you are treating an injury that is not added to your claim, WC will not pay for any treatments and meds you have gotten.
I have been diagnosed with a disease that was found on October 15, 2008. It has not been added to my claim as of today. My Dr wants to do PT,trigger point injections, and even put me on meds that will help with my pain. MCO will NOT pay for any of this until my disease is added to my claim. If it never is added to my calim, I am responsible for any thing that is done to me including the meds as well. It's sad that we have to put up with a lot of pain till our problems are added. I wish you all the best of luck and I hope you find some peace with all your pain.
