NYE is usually grilled steak [regardless of the wind chill ] that was marinaded in garlic, onion, A1, Lea & Perrins, maybe a splash of rice wine vinegar. A nice salad, steak fries... Dessert - who knows - we're usually in a food induced coma from overstuffing ourselves at that point. Maybe something around midnight when we wake up from our coma to shout "Happy New Year!".

Gosh...my turkey and corned beef sandwich just isn't doing it now... LOL!!
