Just a drop in that thankfully the kids have not had ER trips this week. We are fighting some bronchitis and chest colds, crazy weather 60* one day and 12* the next.

I got through Valentine's Day, we made more a deal for the younger dd. I got fresh flowers from dh. Nothing big, I guess I was hoping for a little more attention as far as romance. But the way I am coughing, oh well.

I have a feel of the calm before the storm though. Why is it difficult to just take the peace while here. I am working on the taxes and at least we do not owe. But, unless there are more incentives to come we will not have a savings for this year as we ussually do.

I just keep praying, sometimes not even sure what my needs are at the moment. It brings peace to come in and read and pray for others. My problems seem so far away when others needs this moment keep my in prayers for them.
