This recipe is so easy and you don't need one spice added to it.
2 large cans chicken broth (fat free)
2 cans spinach, or frozen (a couple pkgs) or fresh if you like (i grow my own)
Bring to boil
whisk in 3 or 4 beaten eggs and 1 cup of parmesan cheese till eggs cooked.
Thats it!! So easy, delicious and healthy, serve with warm bread and fruit!
