I am looking for information on trying to file for ss disability 6 months post op from having L5-S1 lumbar fusion with cage/hardware. Has anyone out there had to file due to ongoing problems from surgery and radiculopathy, osteoarthritis, DDD, spondylosis and spinal stenosis? I have been off work 5 months, went back for one month and as of right now not working at all. My company has decided I should file for their long term disability. . .
