i switched to lyrica from neurontin a few yrs ago.
i take it for neuropathic pain in my feet. it helps a lot but not 100%.
they are touting lyrica for fibromyalgia muscle pain. i have fibro but the lyrica does nothing for it.
hope it helps you.
it's more expensive than neurontin but worth it if it works.
