I recommend you stay in bed for one full day and have someone (you know your support system) yes they have to feed you 2 pieces of chocolate every 20 minutes. Believe it or not I hear foot rubs help back pain too. So does watching others do dishes. It is amazing how many things can be cured with the sight of someone else doing the dishes!
