Crazy hi Di

hey there Di,

i'm going to be looking up those links... the citations/issues you note ring bells... (then again maybe i'm a dog an my master Pavlov is coming to bring me food?) kidding.

anyway when i have less spaghetti in my head (speaking of food) and can focus better i will read.

i too am having dreaming issues.

i have been tapering zoloft. the dream crud started on the last notch down.

now dreams repetitive/persecutional/anxious ...
sound familiar?

as well as vivid.

Zoloft is used to help OCD as well as bipolar. i seem to recall mechanism is related regulation of limbic system activity. (should check new research may show other findings). obsessions involve repetition. repetitiousness... excessive limbic system activity.

iNteReStiING huh??

fyi - not case right now, but when i increase zoloft significantly, i often get very vivid dreams (but not typically bad, nor repetitive ones), and sometimes they are lucid. this only lasts about a week ... until steady state.

right now have overall weird situation, aside from the taper. other sx are likely situational. but the repetitiousness is only in sleep! wonder why. ok. well... v. interesting post yours. thank. you.

will look into that.
