Dear Dubious,

I am at a stage in my recovery from my CRPS that I am exploring all avenues of staying healthy in an effort to remain pain free. I want to do everything I possibly can to improve my bodies ability to keep the pain signals from firing on all cylinders again. I have chosen to do so by changing my lifestyle habits and one aspect of that is a chemical free diet (as much as possible).

Roz's post spoke to me at this stage of my recovery.

CRPS affects many types of people, it doesn't matter what religion or country you come from but your diet choices can make a difference on your overall state of health and that relates to CRPS.

I too was diagnosed with CRPS following surgery and I often wonder what predisposed me to getting CRPS when so many others with the same surgery recovered without any complications.

One does not have to relate to everything posted on this forum. There are many post here that I simply don't participate in because I don't feel it has any bearing on my relationship with CRPS. Just pass on by if you don't see the connection
