clarification...my boobs are on either side of the roller and it is about four feet long. I think.....around there. Most exercise places will sell them. I got mine from my MT but she`s great......most exercise places tht sell weights will have them for sale.

so boobs on either side and roll on it on your ribs. side to side....no boob squishing...but I am a B cup at the best of times....LOL
