Topamax 300 mg's daily and then when I get a break through migraine I take Midrin and Soma together to try and stop it in its tracks (pretty much just puts me to sleep until it passes).
The topamax is the only thing that has helped me in the last few years of constant headaches (and I'm talking daily headaches for 6 months at a time).
