thanks Jo for the links..there are a lot to go through but none really talk about the rib issue.....likely only a tos thing!!! I should post a video on you tube!!! LOL

As for the chin issue I sort of relax my neck forward...not holding it up as it'd take too much work and cause pain. I need my head off the roller to get the ribs in the right spot though. So sometimes I do hold my head up. I take breaks in between to relax the neck (just got a migraine...can't see so will hope this is enough for clarification.....)
