There is supposed to be a bubble in the Copaxone.
I had pain when I shot my legs, so I stopped shooting there. It wasn't a spasm or cramp, it wasn't a site reaction. It was just pain, and it lasted several seconds to several minutes, then eventually subsided.
I don't think this would be considered the conventional IPIR, but you could call the Copaxone people and run it by them.
