Hey everyone!! I have not been in for a while....I started smoking again as I gained 8 pounds in the 5 weeks I had quit. I have lost 4...I am at 196 again...oh to hit 189...that would be good. That is my goal for now...7 pounds.....I will PRETEND that that is my ideal weight for now!! Hope everyone is doing OK
