Hi Fiona

my son takes Boswellin, the Boswellia plus curcumin blend by NOW Foods

we credit it with being a big factor in his current stable Crohn's Disease and it also seems to help him with his TS tics and OCD. It is, amongst other properties, a remarkable anti-inflammatory agent from what I have found in checking into it before starting him on it, and seeing the quick results ourselves
