Can you go into a store and buy a pre-paid visa or mastercard. You buy them for whatever price is on the card. For example, my husband buys $100 Visa Cards, and whenever he wants to buy something on the internet, Ebay, or anyplace, he uses this card.
We don't use any bank cards on the internet.
It's safer to use these prepaid ones.
Do they have these things in the Netherlands?
