I SWEAR by my Vicks - in fact, I use it every night, I also use lots of humifiers 4-5 @ a time, and the breathe right strips. My docs don't like for me to be on a whole lot of antibiotics cuz' it makes me a bit weaker, but when my colds get really bad I do take augmentin........

I am also on Singulair (for allergies) and had an inhaler when my cold was really, really bad

I am also on prenatal vitamins - I am NOT pregnant, potassium and iron......you may want to get lots of vitamins...........
