You cannot cook with heat with flax oil, but some people mix it into cottage cheese (works really with the aminos in the cheese) or mix it into salad dressings, or buy Smart Balance peanut butter, but I don't know if you have that in Mexico.

I was taking flaxseed oil.... wasnt it supposed to be omega 6 ??

I was taking 2 capsules of flaxseed oil and only 1 of fish oil, which I think is omega 3 ? so I thought I was taking more omega 6...
Is smart balance a trademark ?? We have peanut butter here...
