Contrary to all conventional wisdom but what my body wants.
Back in the archives is a long thread on diet and blood type. There is a rather logical hypothesis that our dietary needs are linked to our blood type because evolution selected for both in parallel. Mass migration isolated groups such that those who ended up in the far north with limited plant foods evolved in favor of meat, those who developed agriculture favored grains, raising cattle selected for dairy, etc.
Are you going to eat that?
