I didn't know there was a specific Dx for Sx i've had TBi/PCS that i refer to as my HyperSensitivity [s) to sound , noise, vibrations; Light, smells, more Sensory stimulations stressors that often cause 'distress'
Pain -- Head aches esp Migraines.... .

"hyper -irritablity" is listed and acknowledged by many as 'common' occurance after Tbi,
as are "headaches'... noting that Post Trauma/-Post Concussive Headaches can be complex and very challenging
