Post Trauma /Post Concussive Headaches continue to be Big complaint.
TBi -struck in head by lift- 2 years ago (with more injurys, concussions since -mostly from falls -- 'drop attacks' that began after TBi accident 12 yrs ago ) many headaches/pains and hyper-sensitivitys.
some specific DX:
ON-Occipital Neuralgia {back of head , & neck pain -comads often becomes migraines.
Complex migraines.
Cluster
TN {Trigeminal Neuralgia
other 'nerve' neuropathic pain
each, all very challenging.
