Something bad happened at work that upset everyone on campus. I spent part of the afternoon listening to my students talk about it.

Tonight I am afraid to go to sleep.

A couple of hours ago I called the 1-800 number for 24 hour Employee Assistance for counseling.
I can get 6 free sessions with a counselor (no copay). The woman on the phone gave me the name of somebody in my neighborhood.
I might call the counselor tomorrow.
