I lost my mom and dad a year and half ago a month apart. It was very hard and scary
Both were suffering in different ways medically
I miss my mom awfully terribly bad
My Dad differently as he had alzheimers
3 month before they passed I had huge back surgery.
I used the meds for pain as way to get better for back
I realize now it was also to get through the broken heart
Pain med didnt do that
Just let me function
Trying to get off meds now
I know they are with me
Love is a very strong bond and as long as I am alive, they too live on
I understand the pain of losing parents. Yet we wouldnt of wnated them to lose us. It is the way it should be.
Give yourself time to mourn.
It is necessary to healing.
I hope this helps.
Do not medicate to stop feeling. It will roll you over when you not looking and make it that much harder to start healing
