Close your eyes..wait..you need to read this first.
Take a deep breath, then close your eyes. Imagine cleaning out the cluttr that is stopping you from consentrating. Fill up bags and bags. Toss them out. Breathe deep, relax. let your muscles go soft.
Now only study for 15 minutes. Power study. Let you mind obsorb.
Then relax again. Think of what you studied for those 15 minutes.
Keep repeating.
This has helped me, when life was getting in the way of studying. Trying to set aside too much time was hard. It would give me a mental block and frustrate me. Taking it slow and relaxing, I would study that length of time and not realize it.
