The things listed on labels are mandated by the FDA.
Other stuff is not included. That nutrition label is a "legal" type document.

You can find extra nutritional information at

You have to watch "type" and quantities on that site.
They don't have whole unsalted there.
The book I use says 270 mg magnesium for 3 oz of whole unsalted unroasted.

But on the whole, Nutritiondata.com is a good resource.
