I had forgotten...a Stone is about 5 kilos??

My waist is getting bigger and bigger....*sigh....just bought some new clothes a couple of months ago. Already TIGHT...

I am not into fad diets but eating healthy and such. (used to be a personal trainer also and actually training someone now).

Just eating too much chips as of late...
