Hi. I have a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber in my home. The standard here in the US has been 2.4ata for 1 hour, twice a day and 40 dives or treatments. I went to Canada years ago and did my first 40 dives at 1.5ata. Two years in a row I did 2.4 ata for 40 dives. I am not sure that 2.4ata is really set in stone although a lot of clinics do that exact treatment. It is just experimental and not FDA approved for CRPS. I have full body CRPS since 1989. I have to do deep dives to get results 2.4ata, results that will last about 8 months. Then I do maintenance dives during the off time. You can see a picture of my chamber on my profile page. For me it works. But it has not been a cure. I can see results like reduction in swelling, my skin changes to a normal color, and my pain is greatly lessened. Studies, show it decreases inflammation and increases the stem cell production 8 times. Again, if you read my dear friend Vic's post (rest in peace Vic) you can get a idea of how and why it may work.
Oh, my chamber is 100% oxygen.
I'll be glad to answer any question, if you would like you can PM me. Or just post question here.
All the best Di
