you use such different units in the US! I can't make heads nor tails of your b/w
however I can say that you must be aware that fentanyl will lower your blood pressure. Mine was so bad all I could do was lay in bed all day and be a space cadet....no blood to brain as bp too low.....pls get a home bp device and make sure you are not low!!!! I had to come off it despite the great pain relief....then back on the oxycontin that my doc won't increase despite my pain!!!
