OH NO! dont do it!
knit, wash dishes, take a shower, read, take a walk, sew, cook, dance, do yoga, pilates, or whatever it takes to break your mindset from needing a cigarette. Distract yourself! Be a good parent to yourself and tell yourself NO! you cant have one. You can have some carrot sticks, celery sticks, apple peices, or popcorn. Before you know it, the craving will pass, and you can get on with your day. just keep saying NO!
