i think stress contributes to alot of nutritional deficiencies, and metabolisms problems. where your body is out of whack. so i think stress basically overlaps with alot of problems that go on with the body, so that stress not only contributes to the problems, but also the problems contribute to the stress. so you could say in a word that they are intrinsically related
