So sorry to hear this is worsening for you-I know you've been battling away.

This sounds to me like more of a medication related thing to me. You may have a higher heart rate because your blood pressure is lowered due to medications that you are taking (your body's trick to keep you from passing out). If I take Percocet, I literally faint to the floor due to the lowered blood pressure. Such a thing can also give you that nauseated/queasy feeling and vertigo.

If not that, RSD spread to your inner ear would be the only other thought, but I'd think medication. Did they check your BP at the office? Did they check it lying, sitting, and standing? That would be the best way to determine if meds are the cause.
