Do you take an ACE inhibitor for blood pressure?

Sometimes there can be throat irritation from reflux you may do in the night, and this can irritate the throat.

Is your CoQ-10 a softgel? That is the type you should be using, not a dry powder capsule. Less is absorbed from a dry powder capsule form.

I can't address the possible connection to CMT. Your doctor will have to help with that.

When using a new drug or supplement you think is causing something negative, discontinue it for at least a week and then reintroduce. If the symptom goes away and returns then that will show you more. A day or two is typically not enough of a test.
