I have some chronic muscle & alignment issues and my chiro does the adjustments as well as other therapy modes. He also does the upper cervical adjustment { c1 c2, atla/axis}.

modalities used - Ultrasound, low level laser, IF stim, NIMMO {a type of triggerpoint/myofascial release}

I go monthly now as maintenance.
