I get muscle contractions and spasms (and twitching and achiness and muscle fatigue) for no apparent reason. They just come and go on their own no matter what I do.
I have one specific muscle near my tailbone that has been in a constant spasm for months now - and it will not subside or go despite treatment.
My doctors blame my muscle weirdness on my undifferentiated connective tissue disease.
