We pretty much do Thanksgiving dinner all over again. I finally made a stuffing that was great with brown rice flour bread crumbs (and no potato or tapioca starch) and two bags of frozen snow peas with chestnuts, onion, garlic, seasoning, and a cup or so of turkey broth fresh from the turkey. Still looking for that perfect pie crust recipe...
