I know of no therapy apart from G therapy which is a combination of salts and is probably expensive ,I did chat with a lady who,s girl it had helped but I would not go so far as to recommend it coz I just don,t know,its hard to loose a part of ourselves art helps me art can help you, if not writing, perhaps painting, pottery bead work anything infact thi tchi yoga all help to rebuild us perhaps not as before but develop a new part of ourselves, that is a nice place to be and a work in progress
