Default Acetyl - L- Carnitine, high on my list!

I started taking Acetyl - L- Carnitine about five or six weeks ago and I can't believe how much more energy I have most days. It is quite phenomenol! I was quite sluggish today and then I realised that for the past couple of days I've cut back to 1,000mgs per day (instead of 2,000mgs) as I was getting low on the powder. Need to get some more!

I have been taking Co-enzyme Q10 for about one year and a few other things and can't say that I have noticed as much of a difference, as with the Carnitine!

The two other things which have helped me noticeable and drammatically out of all the things I have tried were Folinic Acid and NZ deep sea Shark Liver Oil. However each persons deficiencies and requirements are different. It is not a one size fits all!
